Cookie policy
In short: Cadence only uses strictly necessary technical cookies — authenticating your session and securing payment. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics trackers, no resale of browsing data. This is why no consent banner is required: strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent (art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act, CNIL guidelines).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential to the operation of the service (“strictly necessary” cookies, exempt from consent); others serve advertising or tracking purposes and require your prior consent. Cadence only uses the first category.
2. Cookies and trackers we use

3. What we do not use
- No advertising or targeting cookies;
- No social network trackers;
- No third-party analytics placing cookies (no Google Analytics or equivalent);
- No resale or sharing of browsing data.
Should we ever introduce a tracker subject to consent, a banner compliant with CNIL guidelines would be put in place beforehand, with refusal as easy as acceptance, and this policy would be updated.
4. How to manage cookies
You can delete cookies at any time or configure your browser to block them (“privacy” section of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge settings). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will however prevent signing in to the dashboard and paying — that is their only role.
